We are facing extremely challenging and transformative times where things, circumstances and forms are changing. Times of fear and insecurity. Feelings of being lost and overwhelmed might appear. The nervous system feels threatened and we might get stuck in the mind, the ego dimension. TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) can help you to reconnect with your body being present in the now, being connected to your spirit dimension.

In this episode I share

  • recommendations what you can do during and after the vibration session,
  • why TRE® can be very helpful in times of individual and collective stress and trauma times,
  • the importance of self-regulation, self-love and a mindful treatment with your needs and boundaries.
